I've been having some difficulty getting back into any sort of routine, and the slightest thing tosses me for a loop. I'm not eating well, sleeping well or even taking care of myself...not flying at all. I keep shifting my focus, and dropping that which isn't part of that focus. But I need to find the balance, for none of those things are separate, they are all intermixed. I'm working on it. :)
